SCHEDULING POLICY

CLASS RESERVATION POLICY

Class check-ins are mandatory to ensure a space in class. Clients can book a minimum of 1 hour before the session start time and a maximum of 2 days before the start time of a session. If you miss class registration, you will be asked to register for the next class. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for all classes and space. Class sizes, times, fees, and schedules are subject to change. Days and hours of operation are subject to change. There is a 15-minute grace period for class tardiness.

NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

At Coach Pain Academy, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group fitness classes. One of our top priorities as your Fitness Coaches is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your health and fitness. To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are introducing our new group fitness class reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests.

GROUP-FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Now you made a reservation for a class, but something comes up and you can’t make it. What should you do?

We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Coach Pain Academy App and clicking on the SCHEDULE option to view and cancel the session you are booked for. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class.

We will no longer be accepting messages via social media, emails, phone/text.

If you need assistance in understanding HOW to cancel a class, please let us help and show you. We are here to help and want you to feel as comfortable with the app and the cancellation process.

Please cancel reservations up to two hours of a class’s starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you’ll be missing. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don’t make it to class, we will charge a $25.00 “no show/late cancellation” fee*. (If there should be a sudden emergency within the two-hour window, please contact us directly.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out upon your next visit.

If you are ill and unable to attend your scheduled class, please let us know immediately to avoid the cancellation fee being charged.

Pay per session/Drop In/Group Packages (not unlimited) not canceled before the 2-hour window or client no-show will result in a forfeit of the reserved class; losing the session/class.
